Please read the chapter list, the FAQ and this policy before you buy. The ebook is a digital product that you receive in full straight after payment.

When we refund or replace

Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will send the correct file again, or give a full refund if we cannot fix the problem, when:

• you paid but did not receive the ebook,
• the file is damaged or will not open, or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

When we cannot refund

Because the complete ebook is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the file has been delivered.

How to ask

Send your name, the phone number or email used to buy, and your payment ID on WhatsApp at +91 89047 19099. We reply within 2 working days, and approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
